Delivery is by Direct Freight Express or eParcel unless otherwise requested (other Delivery Methods will be at your expense).
Postage and Handling for orders $100 & under within Australia will be quoted at checkout.
FREE Postage and Handling for orders over $100 within Australia (except bulky items, which will be quoted prior to dispatch.
The length of time it will take for you to receive your order will depend on where you live. In all cases we will endeavour to have your Order delivered by the fastest possible method. Most orders are despatched within 48 hours, however this may be slightly longer in peak times.
Click and collect policy
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase freight free from Greg Grant Saddlery Aspley.
We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready for collection.
If an item is available for click and collect it will be stated in the advert.
Whether picking up your order yourself or on behalf of someone else you will need to bring:
The Credit Card used to purchase
Valid photo ID and
Your order number
The nominated name on the ‘Confirmation Order’ email must match the name on the photo ID.
You will be required to sign for your order on collection.
To nominate someone other than yourself to collect your order you will need to advise the full name of this person in the 'Message to Seller' section as you pass through the checkout.
This person will be required to:
Show matching photo identification to collect the items.
Provide the order number for the order.
Sign for the goods upon collection.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to show in your account.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returns Authorisation within 14 days of receipt of your goods. The contact email firstname.lastname@example.org and the phone number is 1300 831 435.

We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.
We ask that you choose carefully. Exchanges for different sizes will be considered, however not all colours and/or sizes may be available and any postage costs will be at your expense. In addition, Greg Grant Saddlery reserves the right to charge a handling fee.
We will only accept returns for exchange when the goods are in unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
We do not accept goods returned on a COD basis – these will be returned to you.
We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
Items which can be viewed or read will not be returned unless they are deemed to be defective. Clothes and rugs can only be returned if found to be defective prior to wear or washing.
Greg Grant Saddlery will exchange, refund or replace any item which has been purchased at full price from its Online Shopper, which has later been determined to be defective by way of manufacturer.
Any goods purchased at a reduced price and found defective, will not be returned, exchanged or replaced provided the defect was disclosed at the time of purchase.
Any goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.
